Our Ladies Only Kickboxing Programme is developed for female members over the age of 13. Many females don’t feel comfortable training in a mixed environment and this class is perfect for those that don’t. We combine learning the technical side of kickboxing with fitness and self-defence meaning this programme has something for everyone.
Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced Martial Artist this class is a great way to work out and burn those calories!
